NRA: We will shoot everyone to make America safe again
The National Rifle Association (NRA) has said it would be prepared to shoot everyone in the United States to make the nation safe again.
The statement from the US gun advocate comes after a spate of mass murders across America including a shooting last Thursday, where a gunman killed nine people at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.
NRA spokesperson, Rod Cannon Jnr said: “we all know that guns don’t kill people, people do. So if we want to make America safe again, we need to start by shooting as many people as we can. No people, means no gun problem, period.”
Cannon Jnr. also said that US citizens were delusional if they can see an association between peace and a ban on public gun ownership, and that a mass murder in a university was inevitable with or without the proliferation of firearms.
“If a terrorist or a lunatic wants to kill you; they will. In a university, a student could get access to a stapler or a very heavy text book and bludgeon hundreds of people to death,” he said.
