Israel celebrates Eurovision victory with national day of murder
Israel celebrated its sensational Eurovision win with chicken dancing, gunfire and the murdering of over 50 Palestinian civilians who were throwing stones at the Gaza border.
Singer Netta Barzilai beat 25 other entertainers and musical groups with her entry “Toy” in the song contest watched by more than 200 million people around the globe. Netta mixed her verses with arm flaps, clucks, beatboxing and trademark chicken dance.
The post-victory celebration began with President Benjamin Netanyahu’s own impersonation of Netta’s chicken dance and finished with an orgy of violence that left Gaza with bloodiest day in years after Israeli forces shot and killed over 50 protesting Palestinians.
Israel has won the song contest on three other occasions; in 1978, 1979 and 1998.
